Yogart Sessions combine the physical benefits of yoga with art. The combination of Yoga and Art strengthens the mind-body connection, which allows you to easily tap into your creative energy. The short yoga session increases circulation throughout the body and allows you to express yourself freely during the art session. This is a great way to stay fit in body and mind.
