Yoga at Mind and Body
Yoga may be one of the best forms of exercise used today. The combination of various movements and meditation allow the body and mind to work together to promote healing and health. Yoga has been shown to reduce stress, increase circulation, decrease blood pressure, increase flexibility, fight pain, depression, and anxiety. We are thrilled to offer several yoga classes a week.
Juliet is a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher and educator. She has experience teaching a variety of styles including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Power, Yin, and Restorative Yoga, She believes in both hard and soft practice. Whether you are an athlete who wants to improve your game, are regaining strength after injury, or are just starting out, there is a place for you!
